How Do I return or exchange a product from Tomás Sullivent?

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased on / may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. A customer’s first return is free (in U.S States excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories). 

For additional returns, we will pay all outgoing shipping costs according to our terms herein, however, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. 

Any custom shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shoes sent in for refurbishing are not returnable. If the refurbishing was defective in some way or if you have questions about our return policy, please contact our consumer care team at 918-992-7774.


Returning Items by Mail

For all orders placed on / please include the return slip which is generated once you have been approved for the return process.

If you wish to return an item, visit your customer account or contact our customer service team at 918-992-7774.

International customers must mark the package “U.S. Goods Returned” in the description box on the airway bill when returning a product. Customers are responsible for filing for a refund of duties and taxes paid with their government agency.

Shoes purchased from our vendors or otherwise not from us directly, must be returned where they were purchased. Shoes mailed to us but were not purchased directly from us will be returned to the customer.


Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged at checkout. Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return to expect your refund.  All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, merchandise credit or check. In the event we mistakenly overcharge you for any item, please let us know and we will immediately refund the difference between the amount we charged and the actual price for the item(s). We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges regardless of receipt or condition.*
